1. Follow the manufacturer's directions for sanding the shrinkable plastic, if needed. Using markers or colored pencils, write the child's name, grade, and teacher's name on the shrinkable plastic. This makes it easy for lost possessions to be returned to the child. Use rubber stamps to apply a design on the shrinkable plastic. Color in the design with markers or colored pencils. Use markers or colored pencils to create an original design. Cut out design. Using a hole punch, punch a hole in one end of the plastic. Then using the hole punch, punch the hole a few times around the first hole to make it bigger (it shrinks a LOT!) Follow the manufacturer's directions for baking the designs.
