Tell group about ways to keep away mosquitoes (bugs, bears, etc) Tell them that there is a chant that will do just that. Have them repeat after you until they know the words then have them say them faster until they get the joke.
the words are: Owa Tagoo siam after repeating the words for a bit most will understand that they are saying "Oh what a goose I am"
