This is a game that you don't want to play too often. The secret is at the bottom...
Everyone gets in a group. The leader starts the game by saying, "Someone's been shot. Click, Click, BANG!.. Whodunit?" Point to a different camper with each word.
The campers then try to guess who did it. Until they figure it out, they will be taking random guesses, or formulating different strategies.
Allow 1-3 guesses from the group, and then correctly identify the shooter. Then start the next round with the same sentence.
The "trick" to the game is that the first person who speaks after you say bang is 'the shooter'.
Note: if 'shooting' isn't what you want to use, feel free to change the wording.
