It's similar to the "Snot Sandwich" cheer. We used to do this to clapping our hands (like Patty Cake).
Great Green Gobs of Greemy Grimy Gopher Guts.
Mutilated Monkey Meat,
Chopped Up Parakeet.
French Fried Eyeballs swimming in a pool of blood.
But forgot my spoon.
So she gave me a ham sandwich,
puss on top,
Eagles eye and Camel Snot.
But all those things got burt in a pot
so she gave me barf with sugar on top.
