There is a circle of people and one person in the middle. The person in the middle says, "I Love my Neighbor because they are wearing blue..." Or anything they want to.
Then everybody in the circle who is wearing blue gets up and moves around the circle to the next available marker (bookbag, etc) that every one is sitting on. The person who does not find a marker to sit on is in the middle and becomes the next caller.
