You need at least 10 or more people to play. You pick 2 or 3 people to be it. Before you start, you find a place to be the jail, and then you get 10 seconds to run. If you get tagged then you go to the jail. There are 2 ways you could play (decide before starting). You can free people by either touching the fence and saying "jail", and then everyone goes, or you could just tag them single and then they can run.
