Large Group Attention Getters (Revised/Updated)

We use this at our camp...

Staff: "1,2,3, eyes on me!!"
Campers: " 1,2, eyes on you"

And they know to be silent with their attention on you after the chant. The staff may need to repeat it but the kids will follow suit.
