Campers and Counselors wear their pajamas throughout the day. At my camp we usually have theme meals, in addition to theme days, and the theme meal for this day is always Pajama Breakfast.
During breakfast, there is competition for best bed head, cutest stuffed animal, and best pajamas. A counselor or program director picks 3-5 campers to go up in each category.
The counselor says the name of the camer, asks questions, and says something amusing about each camper in a particular category. The counselor then asks the campers to scream for their favorite contestant when they point to that person.
