and this is how s/he rides--

(stand in front of another person in the circle, both shimmy facing the other)
back, back, back, back baby
(Both shimmy facing opposite directions)
side, side, side, side baby
(both shimmy side by side)
This is how s/he rides"
Then the person who is picked takes the first person's place galloping in the middle of the circle. Start the song over!
