Have everyone sit in a circle and name each child Ketchup, mustard, or relish. Then the leader calls out one of those items and those people stand up and must run around the circle in a designated and try to get back to their spot. The last 2 people go into the center of the circle and become smelly onions. Play until there are more smelly onions than anyone else.
