One camper is a circus vendor at an attraction. He is showing off the ugliest man in the world (camper under sheet pretending to be ugliest man). He calls "planted" people (these are people who are in on the gag) out of the audience to come and view the ugliest man. They come up look under the sheet or blanket and run off screaming. This can go on as long as you like. Finally the vendor calls up an unsuspecting person from the audience, who looks under the sheet and the ugliest man runs off screaming.
